3.1 Single Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold one kv77 Account only. If kv77 determines that a Player holds more than one Account — whether under the same or a different identity — kv77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit all Balances and Bonus Funds held therein. The determination of whether Accounts are duplicates is made at kv77's sole discretion using technical, financial, and identity-matching criteria.
3.2 Account Information Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. You must notify kv77 promptly if any registered information changes, particularly your email address and Philippine mobile number. kv77 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to update Account information.
3.3 Password and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kv77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify kv77 immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
kv77 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine legislation to conduct KYC verification on player accounts. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Player-Owned Payment Methods
You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name. kv77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not used for a prior deposit without additional identity verification. kv77 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source in the event of a withdrawal method mismatch.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in respect of a kv77 deposit is a breach of these Terms. kv77 reserves the right to suspend your Account, forfeit your Balance, and pursue recovery of amounts claimed through chargeback, including associated costs and fees, through all available legal means.

5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by kv77 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, maximum withdrawal limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn from your Account. kv77 reserves the right to deduct Bonus Funds from your Account if they have not been utilised or if the wagering requirement has not been met within the validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including through coordinated wagering, reverse bonus exploitation, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity — is prohibited. kv77 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 kv77 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
kv77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus programme at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently modified will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their claim.
All games available on the kv77 Platform are supplied by third-party game providers and operate according to those providers' published rules and certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. kv77 does not modify game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as certified by the respective game providers and are not modified by kv77.
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or communication failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or pay-out, kv77 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake. Winnings arising from a manifestly incorrect game display, pricing error, or technical glitch are void and will not be honoured.
Live dealer games and live sabong streams are subject to the rules of the relevant studio or arena operator. 8.1 Suspension by kv77
kv77 may suspend your Account at any time and without prior notice if kv77 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, a security incident, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may be harmful to kv77, its players, or its regulatory standing with PAGCOR.
8.2 Closure by kv77
kv77 may permanently close your Account where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, where you are found to be ineligible under Section 2, or where kv77 is required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR direction. On closure for cause, kv77 may forfeit your Balance in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach determined.
8.3 Voluntary Closure by You
You may request closure of your kv77 Account at any time by contacting kv77 support. Before closing your Account, any remaining Balance not subject to bonus wagering requirements will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to kv77's discretion and applicable responsible gaming conditions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without kv77's prior written consent.

kv77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kv77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account or by prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the kv77 Platform following notice of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 8.3.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
